I came across this quote years ago and it's still one of my favorites. 💗 It has always inspired me to expect something wonderful to happen instead of falling into the belief that the world is a horrible place.

It has become my mantra over the years. And, as a result, I think it's helped me forge a life that I love and a business that I'm wildly passionate about.

Things are always crazy at Pink Lemonade Company with projects going on all the time. We are always here creating graphics, creating new mini courses, and coming up with new workshops.

Oh! And this year I have the privilege of leading a high touch year long program called Creative Business Accelerator where we're teaching other business owners how to incorporate memberships, courses, and other recurring revenue streams into their business for maximum impact and increased revenue while working a lot less. The women in the program are amazing.

It's always a bit of chaos and insanity but I love it because another fantastic quote by Zelda is "She refused to be bored, chiefly because she wasn't boring."

Well, hello, Instagram. Good to be back. 😘

It's a big week for me. One that I've quietly somewhat dreaded for a while now.

My 19-year-old son, Ryan, is moving to the big city. And, while I'm SO happy for him, and can't wait to see where this move leads him, it's definitely bittersweet.

He landed an amazing opportunity in the form of a paid internship in Dallas.

He is so fun to have here at the house and I'm going to miss him so much.

But I was thinking how much more difficult this would be if I was still in my old job working 12 hours shift at the hospital.

I was always tired, broke, and didn't have the freedom I have today.

Because I took a chance on myself, I'm now able to work so much less and can take off at a moment's notice.

Hashtag forever grateful. 🥳

I've also been able to give my family SO much more.

Because of my online business, I've been able to help my son lease a beautiful new apartment that is considered "high-end luxury".

I'm not telling you this to brag. I'm telling you this because it's possible FOR YOU, too. 🥂

I'm fully obsessed with being able to take an idea, create a digital product around it, and sell it online.

I also love helping others find their own way to getting paid to sell something online.

It's not some magical unicorn that only a few can make work for themselves.
